Baseball Training Work Out Routines Never Found at Baseball Camp

MaximumSportPerformance.com was created by Dr Chris McKenzie PT, DPT, PES; Physical Therapist and Performance Enhancement Specialist.  Dr McKenzie received his Bachelor of Science from the Pennsylvania State University, and his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Drexel Univeristy.  Dr McKenzie has spent countless hours refining strength skills of athletes, enhancing their individualized sport performance, and also rehabilitating the injured athlete; from high school skill level to professional. His clients have ranged from local Philadelphia area high schools to the Los Angeles Dodgers and San Diego Padres. 
 
Quite frankly, Dr McKenzie was tired of seeing young athletes become injured from incorrect baseball strength training, and sloppy rehabilitation. He also noted too many athletes spending too much time in the gym; performing useless, time consuming exercises.  When Chris’ frustration finally came to a head, he created MaximumSportPerformance.com. A site he see’s as bridging the gap between fundamentally sound strength training, doctorate level knowledge of injury prevention, and proper body mechanics to enhance sport performance….in the shortest amount of time; Dr McKenzie’s forte.
